Our passion for great music, be it Classical or Heavy Metal, draws us to the stage.
MaidenHumboldt supports/promotes/organizes a variety of musical engagements in both Northern and Southern California.  In one way or another we bring the alternative energy with us.

FESTIVAL FOR 5000!
After providing solar for everyone else's festival we decided to provide solar for one of our own. MaidenHumboldt has entered negotiations toward securing a 5 (five) year lease on a river front venue for the last Saturday in May here in Southern Humboldt County. We are 4 hours north on the 101 from San Francisco.

When you travel to Southern Humboldt for one of our events please secure your lodging at one of these local hotels.

CLAN MATEEL TARTAN CONTEST!

In Southern Humboldt County of Nor-Cal we the peoples of the great Mateel watershed are: Calling all artisans, weaver, funsters and imaginative individuals at large. Clan Mateel is creating its tartan and wants your help in its design.

Create our tartan colors on a sheet of 8.5x11 paper using any medium. Crayolas to computer imagery is acceptable, as long as the image reflects something that can be woven in to a material design. The paper swatches will be on display and voted upon at the Night of the Clansman Dinner and gathering 24 January 2009 at the Mateel. Clan Mateel attendees will select the winner and the winning tartan will be woven on commission through a local weaver and displayed throughout the land.

Deadline for submissions is January 20th. You can submit your entry to POB 2182, Redway, CA 95560, email it or hand it to either Dave Sky or Dave Gurley on the streets of So Hum!

Rocking the Block Party!

MaidenHumboldt was proud to host an all ages show~ Clive Aid Humboldt - A Helloween Harvest on Friday All Hallows Night 31st of October 2008 at the Mateel as a benefit for Clive MS Trust.

Under a 20 foot long dressed in red x-mas tree lights against the night glass was the image of BaalZebub as a bevy of local and imported heavy metal goddesses and gods entertained us the only way headbanging old school metal could while an on going silent auction of heavy metal/rock memorabilia was bid upon.

Fantastic ROCKING GOODS came in for the silent auction part of the festivities from pretty much all over The Emerald Triangle and the UK.

When I thought about doing a Clive Aid Benefit way back in February 08 on a local level I couldn't consider doing it with out my friends The Iron Maiden's who said they would the minute I asked them. They brought up from LA some of their friends to party on stage with them!

I asked local hard rockers This Dying Wish to rock the festivities and they graciously accepted! They almost brought down the house with their original metal!

Nural from Los Angeles graced our beautiful stage as the opener for Clive Aid - Humboldt USA! What a great band! I highly recommend them for any rocking event! WoW!
